The Houston Medical Forum welcomes abstract submissions from healthcare professional trainees (students, residents, and postdoctoral fellows), early career practitioners, and community collaborators.

Submissions are accepted in the following categories:

Community-Engaged Research
Quality Improvement & Implementation Science
Public Health & Prevention

Awards

Four $500 awards will be given for the best abstracts across selected categories. Accepted abstracts are also eligible for waived registration for the Symposium.

Eligibility

Applicants must currently reside in the United States.
The presenting author must be able to attend the Symposium.
Trainees and early career faculty may be from medicine, pharmacy, nursing, dentistry, other allied health disciplines, or pre-health programs.
Early career practitioners must have less than 10 years of experience since their last professional degree.
